Spirits

Spirits is a collective name for stronger alcoholic beverages that are made through distillation. Today, we see an exciting trend with high-quality spirits and craftsman distillation.

Spirits are normally made of raw materials like grain, potatoes, sugar cane, grapes or agave. There are essentially two ways to distil spirits: using a “pot still” or using column distillation. The nature and flavour of the product determines which method is used. Distillation is an art as is choosing how it should mature and a possible blend.
